Regulatory notice and policies.
Written in plain language, because these notices only work if people actually read them.
Regulatory notice
Blueprint Abroad is an advisory and strategy practice. It is not a law firm. It is not a licensed tax adviser, accountant, immigration adviser, or financial adviser in any jurisdiction, and it does not hold itself out as any of these.
Nothing on this website, and nothing communicated in the course of an enquiry, constitutes legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. No communication from Blueprint Abroad should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
Blueprint Abroad does not file visa, residency, citizenship or tax applications on behalf of clients, and does not represent clients before any government authority. All regulated activity is carried out by licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction, engaged directly by the client. Blueprint Abroad's role is limited to assessment, strategy design, sequencing and coordination.
Figures, thresholds and timelines
All jurisdiction summaries, programme descriptions, investment thresholds, income requirements, tax rates and processing timelines published on this site are indicative editorial material prepared for general orientation. They are not exhaustive, may be out of date, and are not a statement of the law or of any programme's current terms.
Investment-migration and residency programmes change frequently and sometimes without extended notice. Tax rules change annually. You must verify every threshold, requirement, rate and timeline with licensed counsel in the relevant jurisdiction before making any decision or incurring any cost.
No guarantee of outcome
Approval of any visa, residence permit, citizenship application or tax status is determined solely by the relevant government authority and depends on your documentation, eligibility and due diligence outcomes. Blueprint Abroad makes no representation that any application will be approved, and any statement to the contrary by a third party should be treated as unreliable.
No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Use of this website, or submission of an enquiry form, does not create an advisory, fiduciary, lawyer-client or accountant-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only under a signed engagement letter that sets out scope, fees and the limits of the engagement.
Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
- Enquiry form data: name, email address, citizenship, country of residence, objective, jurisdiction of interest, timeline, family composition, budget range and the free-text description you provide.
- Technical data: standard server logs generated by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser type and pages requested.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want passport numbers, identity document scans, bank account details, tax identification numbers or financial statements through this website. If an engagement proceeds, documents are exchanged through a separate secure channel.
How it is used
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether an engagement is appropriate.
- To maintain records of enquiries and engagements where required.
- To send you information you have specifically requested.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party marketing lists. Enquiry data is stored in a database hosted by our infrastructure provider and is accessible only to those handling your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. Requests can be made to hello@blueprintabroad.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the period required by applicable law.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion.

Editorial policy
The insights and jurisdiction profiles on this site are written to be useful to people making real decisions. That commitment has practical consequences:
- We describe what closed. Programmes that have been shut down or repriced are stated as such, rather than quietly omitted.
- We separate the advertised cost from the real cost. Statutory contributions, deposits, holding costs, renewals and professional fees are distinguished.
- We name the risk. Political exposure, banking access, backlog and programme-change probability are part of the description, not a footnote.
- We do not present marketing as analysis. Where a route has a structural disadvantage, it is stated.
- We date our material. Articles carry publication dates, and jurisdiction profiles are reviewed periodically.
If you find an error, tell us at hello@blueprintabroad.com and it will be corrected.
